The early cure rate of bladder cancer is greater than 80%. For bladder cancer detected in early stage, the tumor may be confined to the mucosal layer or submucosal layer, it is not muscle infiltrating uroepithelial cancer, and the prognosis in this case is usually very good. Treatment plan: early cystoscopy after detection can determine the location, number and whether there is a basal tip of bladder cancer. Early transurethral bladder tumor electrosurgery is performed, and bladder irrigation chemotherapy is given once immediately after surgery. The decision to administer continuous bladder infusion chemotherapy after surgery is based on the results of pathology. Perfusion chemotherapy with hydroxycamptothecin and mitomycin is generally recommended once a week for eight sessions, followed by every four weeks for six months.
