Can fundus hemorrhage be treated?

Fundus hemorrhage can be cured. For fundus hemorrhage caused by different reasons, the corresponding treatment is taken: First, fundus hemorrhage caused by retinal vein embolism is treated by oral lecithin complex iodine capsules to promote absorption of the hemorrhage, and fundus laser treatment is needed to close the retinal ischemic area to avoid formation of retinal neovascularization. Secondly, fundus hemorrhage caused by diabetic retinopathy requires active blood sugar control, fundus fluorescence angiography, and fundus laser treatment if necessary. Third, caused by wet macular degeneration, treatment needs to be done by intraocular injection of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor drugs to promote the regression of neovascularization in the macula. Fourth, caused by ruptured retinal aneurysm, it needs to be treated by fundus laser to destroy the trophoblastic vessels of the aneurysm and make it occluded.
