Foreskin ectropion usually refers to the patient’s own phimosis or circumcision, which causes the foreskin to be ectropion after washing the head of the penis or after sexual intercourse, and is not reset in time. The foreskin is a thin layer of skin on the outside of the penis, which plays a protective role for the penis. Under normal circumstances, the foreskin can be turned out and reset. But if there is a long foreskin or phimosis, the foreskin is not reset in time after the foreskin is turned out, it is likely to lead to incarceration of the foreskin, local edema, and even necrosis of the glans and foreskin. For patients with phimosis or circumcision, the foreskin should not be forced to turn over, and should be reset in time after cleaning, if it is found that it can’t be reset on its own, it should be consulted in regular hospitals in a timely manner, and it is recommended to perform circumcision surgery.
