Fetal heart with ventricular septal defect 1.2 mm can continue to be followed up for monitoring and observation if there is no comorbidity with other developmental malformations of the fetus and if the fetal heart is functioning normally. When a 1.2 mm ventricular septal defect is found in the fetal heart during pregnancy, cardiac ultrasound and chromosomal screening should be performed to screen for developmental malformations of the heart and other organs, or chromosomal abnormalities. If the examination of fetal heart ultrasound excludes other vascular malformations and valvular malformations, and no chromosomal abnormalities are found, the pregnancy can be continued with dynamic observation of the fetal heart with ventricular septal defect. If the above abnormalities are found, it is not recommended to continue the pregnancy. Pregnant women during pregnancy must pay attention to balanced nutrition, regular life, pay attention to rest, do not stay up late, and do regular obstetric examination.
