Panic attacks and hand tremors occur together and are usually seen in two cases. The first case is a physiological change due to emotional excitement or exertion, which usually does not require deliberate treatment. Another type of condition is pathological changes caused by sympathetic excitement or metabolism-related diseases. It is recommended that a cervical spine CT examination and a thyroid function test be performed. If the panic and hand tremors are persistent and the thyroid function test indicates high hormone levels, the symptoms are considered to be caused by hyperthyroidism and anti-thyroid hormone therapy is required. If a cervical disc is compressing the nerve root, sympathetic excitation is the main symptom, and local physical therapy or surgery is recommended.
