There are two kinds of Chinese medicines that patients with arrhythmia can choose: the first one is heart stabilizing granules and the second one is ginseng and pine heart capsules, which are widely used in clinical practice. They are effective for atrial premature beats, atrioventricular junctional premature beats, ventricular premature beats or atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter, and are recognized by many patients in clinical practice. However, because both of them are proprietary Chinese medicines, the efficacy is relatively slow. In clinical practice, it is usually recommended that patients should apply these two medicines in combination with western medicine. For patients with premature beats, they can be treated with heart stabilizing granules combined with beta-blockers, or with ginseng and heart capsules combined with beta-blockers. For patients with atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter, they can be treated with amiodarone on top of heart-stabilizing granules, or amiodarone on top of sensual heart capsules, which will have a rapid effect on preventing and treating arrhythmias, and the efficacy will be better.
