However, during the treatment period, the patient cannot ban water from the external ear canal and cannot repeatedly pull out the ear.2. Tympanic membrane damage, which is usually in the loose part of the tympanic membrane, can cause bleeding from the external ear canal, hearing loss, tinnitus symptoms, and dizziness in severe cases. Treatment of acute tympanic membrane perforation can be self-healing, but patients need to take oral anti-inflammatory drugs, such as cefixime and roxithromycin to avoid local infection. At the same time, the patient should not blow the nose forcefully and should not enter the water in the external ear canal. 1 month is generally possible to heal by itself.
