Accompanied by the symptom of abdominal pain, the pain is on the diseased side, it is a dull pain with less clear localization, and with the gradual aggravation of the disease it will develop into spasmodic colic. In patients with thin body, the doctor can feel pelvic mass on palpation. Treatment of fallopian tube cancer is mainly based on surgery, including total uterus, bilateral adnexa and salpingo-oophorectomy.
