Some of the following organ tissues are found in the lower right corner of the stomach: 1. The intestines, commonly the jejunum, colon or appendix. If there is a very clear pressure pain, rebound pain and abdominal muscle tension in the right lower abdomen, an acute attack of appendicitis is highly suspected. 2. It is possible that the lower and middle part of the ureter is the place. If there is a sudden and severe localized pain, like colic, accompanied by back pain and hematuria, it may be renal colic caused by ureteral stones. 3. In women, it may be gynecological organs and tissues, such as the ovaries, the end of the fallopian tubes or the pelvis. In case of gynecological pain, for example, the most common ones are pelvic inflammatory disease, ruptured ovarian corpus luteum or ruptured bleeding from ectopic pregnancy.
