Can you get better from chemotherapy for lymphoma?

Chemotherapy is the main form of treatment for lymphoma, with chemotherapy leading to partial cure of Hodgkin’s lymphoma and remission of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. The five-year survival rate of Hodgkin’s lymphoma is 27.4%-95%, and the five-year survival rate of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma is 26%-73%.
1. Hodgkin lymphoma: it is one of the tumors that can be cured by chemotherapy, and its main chemotherapy regimen is ABVD regimen: combined application of doxorubicin, bleomycin, vincristine, dacarbazine; and MOPP regimen: combined application of nitrogen mustard, vincristine, methylbenzylhydrazine, prednisone, and some of the patients can be cured after standardized treatment.
2. Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma: the main chemotherapy program is CHOP program, i.e. the combined application of cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisone, and R-CHOP program, i.e. the combined application of rituximab and the above four drugs. The prognosis for non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma is worse than that for Hodgkin’s lymphoma, but active treatment can lead to remission and improved quality of life.
Note that all medications should be used as prescribed. Patients diagnosed with lymphoma should actively seek medical attention to avoid delays.
