Too much exercise is counterproductive

  Excessive exercise is not only unhelpful, but harmful: 1, excessive exercise muscle, ligament strains After exercise, waist and knee weakness, muscle pain is a common phenomenon. If you recover quickly through rest, the next exercise without discomfort which belongs to acute fatigue; if in the next exercise still feel sore discomfort called exercise overload. Excessive exercise occurs cervical spondylosis, lumbar spondylosis, knee arthritis, ankle sprain is a common condition.  2, sudden death from exercise overdose This is an example of my personal rescue of sudden death. Tired to rest, thirsty to drink water, hungry to eat, sleepy to sleep, this is the most basic common sense, I do not know why some modern people have to change these most basic laws!  3, exercise too much to reduce the ability to resist disease Strenuous exercise, the body will produce more adrenaline and cortisol and other hormones, when these hormones increase to a certain amount, can make the immune organs in the spleen to produce a large reduction in the ability of white blood cells, resulting in lymphocytes in the A cells, B cells and natural killer cells (NK cells) activity is greatly reduced, of which natural killer cells can be reduced by 35%. In general, the decrease in immunity after strenuous exercise is maintained for about 1 hour, and it takes 24 hours to return to the original level. The body’s immunity is reduced, when encountered with germs, viruses, it is easy to suffer from colds, pneumonia, gastrointestinal infectious diseases.  4, too much exercise may lead to neurosis make you less responsive, lower balance, muscle elasticity reduced. No exercise is not good, but at least the body maintains a stable state, but too much exercise breaks the body’s own harmony, which is more harmful than no exercise.  5, a long time, after a large amount of exercise will increase the incidence of exercise anemia, this anemia is mostly iron deficiency anemia, the cause is unknown, in turn, anemia can cause a decrease in athletic ability.  Excessive exercise can cause exercise hematuria and proteinuria
