What are the signs of breast cancer?

Breast cancer is the first malignant tumor in women. So the question is, who is breast cancer most likely to see? People with family history of breast cancer (especially first-degree relatives), age 50-54, early menstruation (less than 12 years old), late menopause (more than 55 years old), unmarried, infertile, late childbearing, not breastfeeding, history of benign breast tumor, atypical breast hyperplasia, long-term use of exogenous estrogen, and carrying mutation genes related to breast cancer are some of the groups that breast cancer particularly likes. Therefore, people with the above risk factors should pay attention to regular medical checkups, including breast self-examination, ultrasound and mammogram, etc. What are the signs and symptoms of breast cancer? Let me tell you. Breast lumps: Most patients come to a hospital because of breast lumps. They are painless lumps, often found unintentionally in the shower, mostly solitary, hard, with irregular edges and less smooth surface. Only a few are accompanied by varying degrees of hidden pain or tingling. 2, nipple overflow: unilateral single hole of bloody overflow should be further examined, if accompanied by breast lumps more attention should be paid. 3. Nipple, areola and skin changes: When the tumor is close to the deep nipple, it may cause nipple depression. Paget’s disease of breast may also cause itching, erosion, rupture, crusting, flaking and burning pain of nipple skin. If the tumor blocks the lymphatic ducts, it may cause “orange peel-like” changes in the skin. 4. Axillary lymph node enlargement: If the progressive breast cancer is accompanied by axillary lymph node metastasis, the lymph nodes on the same side may be enlarged. As the disease progresses, the lymph nodes will gradually fuse and adhere to the skin and surrounding tissues and become fixed. What should I do if I feel a breast lump? First, don’t worry too much because most breast lumps are benign. Secondly, you should not carelessly ignore it and let it grow to its fullest and hang itself, because early breast cancer is mostly a painless lump, which can be free of any discomfort and neither affects your life nor your work, but it is definitely a time bomb and early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment are the best helpers to defuse it. Therefore, if you find a breast lump, you should consult a doctor as early as possible to further investigate mammogram, ultrasound and biopsy if necessary to avoid a lifetime of regret due to a fluke.
