Basic principles of diet for breast cancer patients

  1. Diversified and balanced diet: a variety of foods reasonably matched together, balanced, nutritious, relatively low-fat, low-calorie, natural, non-polluting and digestible and absorbable diet can improve the condition and promote recovery and health.  2. Eat more fresh fruits, vegetables, grains and cereals. Vegetarian food should account for at least 2/3, while animal protein should preferably not exceed 1/3. Fruits and vegetables help maintain a healthy weight and help reduce the risk of cancer. Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day. Fresh vegetables are rich in vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber, which are effective antioxidants and help the body fight off various diseases, including breast cancer. It is best to choose organic fruits and vegetables that are native to the season and free of chemical fertilizers and other chemicals; raw vegetables and salads, as well as steamed vegetables; the peels of fruits and vegetables contain many valuable nutrients, so it is best to wash them thoroughly and consume them.  Eat fresh dairy products daily; women who consume two servings of low-fat dairy products daily can reduce the risk of breast cancer.  4. Eat more foods made from whole grain cereals; cereals and whole grains are the best source of folic acid; folic acid helps prevent breast cancer. Other foods rich in folic acid include: orange juice, lemon, strawberries, asparagus and eggs, chicken liver, beans, spinach, lettuce, etc.  5.Drink more mineral water and plain water, fresh fruit and vegetable juice, and occasionally black tea and green tea. You should drink at least 1.5-2 liters of water every day, and if you are physically exhausted, you should increase it appropriately.  6, eat less cured meat bacon type and sausage, if eaten, it is recommended to eat more green vegetables and fruits, supplement vitamins, etc.; when burning meat, do not burn, it is best to use steam, boil or stew.  7, eat more seafood: Spanish mackerel, striped bass, yellowtail and other fish and kelp, nori, etc.; because seafood contains a lot of iodine, which can promote ovarian follicular luteinization, improve endocrine disorders and reduce the risk of mastocytosis in women.  8, use vegetable oil, do not heat the oil for too long, oil drops should not smoke.  9, less alcohol, do not smoke.  10, eating should not be too fast slowly enjoy the food.
