Dense hepatic light spots, a commonly used term for ultrasound with normal liver function, is generally considered to be possibly caused by fatty liver. Ultrasound results suggest that the liver is dense with light spots, generally consider the possibility of fatty liver, need to undergo further liver function tests, if it suggests that liver function is normal, usually do not need special treatment. It is not rigorous to rely on the density of light spots to diagnose fatty liver, it may need to be combined with the patient’s weight, height, blood fat, blood sugar and clinical symptoms for comprehensive analysis, and if necessary, need to undergo liver puncture biopsy to clarify the diagnosis. In addition, if the condition of fatty liver is more serious, it may cause cirrhosis and other serious consequences, so it is recommended that patients need to be actively treated under the guidance of specialists.
