The indications for bisoprolol mainly include myocardial infarction, chronic congestive heart failure, atrial and ventricular pre-systole, all types of hypertension, sinus and supraventricular tachycardia, angina pectoris, atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter with rapid ventricular rate, coronary artery disease.
Adverse reactions mainly include headache, fatigue, dizziness, bradycardia, and occasionally sleep disturbances and gastrointestinal disturbances.
It is contraindicated in bronchial asthma, atrioventricular block, bradycardia, shock, sick sinus syndrome and other diseases. It is contraindicated for children, pregnant and lactating women.
