The patient’s symptoms basically disappeared at the fourth consultation and did not recur in the follow-up period of one month. The quality of sleep is influenced by many factors, such as mood, alcohol consumption, labor intensity, drugs and even the pillow you sleep on. Inform the patient that in the future, at the beginning of the discovery of sleep disorders, we should be good at finding the cause, eliminate the influence of negative emotions as much as possible, maintain good sleep habits, perform appropriate aerobic exercise during the day, avoid stimulating food and strenuous exercise before bedtime, use foot bath or listen to soothing music to relieve fatigue, if still not relieved, if necessary, we can see a doctor again to use drug intervention. The occurrence of this disease has a great relationship with emotion and will, for example, some patients have always been timid and weak in heart, they are prone to develop this disease, or they are very angry and hurt the liver, liver fire is hot, emotions are not comfortable, qi is not smooth, depression and heat are disturbed, or qi is stagnant and unable to promote blood flow, the heart body is not nourished, and sleeplessness develops. In some patients, after recovering from a serious illness, the body is still weak or overworked, which can lead to internal disturbance of phlegm and heat, plus modern people are mostly phlegm and damp due to their work, lack of exercise, preference for spicy, stimulating and sweet and greasy products, so they are mostly phlegm and damp, and phlegm and damp accumulate for a long time and turn into heat, so sleeplessness caused by bile and phlegm disturbance is more common in clinical practice.
