Most women who have pelvic effusion after childbirth can recover on their own, especially if they have just given birth and are examined for pelvic effusion. Most of these cases are physiological in nature and can recover on their own with time, but it is not guaranteed to be 100%, because after childbirth, pelvic inflammatory disease or inflammation of the adnexa may occur due to damage to the body during childbirth. If the pelvic effusion is caused by this inflammatory infection, the probability of recovery is relatively low, and it needs to be examined to identify the cause and treated with medication or surgery to completely recover.
