Early stage of liver cancer can be cured with aggressive surgery and multidisciplinary adjuvant therapy with high survival rate. Liver cancer is a common digestive system cancer in China, which is commonly associated with cirrhosis, aflatoxin, viral hepatitis, and other carcinogenic substances. Early stage liver cancer indicates that the cancer has not yet shown obvious symptoms, the diameter is small, and there is no peripheral and distant metastasis. Multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment mainly based on surgery is often recommended for liver cancer, which has better therapeutic effect than other cancers, especially early stage liver cancer with better effect and 5-year survival rate can be more than 70%. Radical resection is often recommended, supplemented by radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy and other therapies.
