This patient had a 9.3cm fibroid, I used an incision in her belly button and an incision in the original cesarean section to do a minimally invasive surgery to remove the 336g fibroid, this surgery basically did not increase her new surgical scars, so although the surgery was more laborious, but the patient was benefited. This is a goal of my practice.
