One of the first diseases to be ruled out for vague pain in the hips of boys is necrosis of the femoral head. Because boys may have a history of smoking, alcohol abuse, and boys are more active, there may be a history of trauma to the hip, plus if there are chronic diseases, such as skin diseases, need to take oral hormone drugs, these points are caused by necrosis of the femoral head of the high-risk factors. Therefore, if a boy has a vague pain in the hip, he must first go to the hospital for X-ray, CT, MRI, or even ECT to rule out femoral head necrosis. If femoral head necrosis is ruled out, soft tissue injury of the hip is considered, and physical therapy and hot compresses can be used to relieve pain.
