What Foods You Shouldn’t Eat for Breast Tumors

There is no clear food etiology for breast tumors. Some studies have suggested that such things as alcohol, animal placenta, red meat, and the Western diet may be associated with the development of breast tumors.
1. One study found that the incidence of breast cancer in people who consume 45g of alcohol per day is 1.46 times higher than those who do not consume alcohol, especially among pre-menopausal women.
2. Animal placenta, hormone-rich foods such as placenta as well as being clearly a high risk factor for breast cancer.
3. Red meat, studies have shown that the use of excessive amounts of red meat (such as pork and beef) that is deep fried until well-done may be associated with the development of breast cancer.
4. Western diet. Studies have found that a Western diet based on shrimp, chicken, beef, pork, and sweets is associated with an increased risk of breast cancer in postmenopausal women.
