Embarrassing sweat odor?

The weather is getting hot, I believe many people will have the trouble of sweat odor, which is not a major disease, but quite annoying, and even a little difficult to say and embarrassing. So, how to get rid of the embarrassing sweat odor? The quickest and most convenient way is to use readily available antiperspirant deodorant products, which can work in both inhibiting sweat and inhibiting bacterial growth, thus inhibiting body odor. Generally speaking, deodorant products also offer a variety of fragrances for consumers to choose from. So try the best antiperspirant spray for summer and enjoy a cool underarm every morning while staying dry and fresh all day. Before using, clean your underarms with a wet tissue and then spray with antiperspirant spray. Apply talcum powder after bathing After taking a shower, you can pat on talcum powder because it has absorbent molecules that can help absorb sweat. However, it is only recommended to use the powder at home, if you go out, you should be careful of the white powder left on the skin unsightly marks. If you find that your armpits are often sweating too much, you can take four tablespoons of alcohol, add the right amount of ice water, and use cotton to dip in the wet and rub your armpits a few times to effectively remove sweat. But if you are sensitive to alcohol or have just removed hair, don’t try it. The actual sweating is a way to regulate body temperature and dissipate heat, a natural thing, although it is normal to sweat in the heat, but why some people love to sweat even to eat a meal, do something will be full of sweat degree? Sweating seems to be a natural thing, but some people sweat surprisingly much and their clothes are always oozing with salt stains, so it’s time to think about whether they are suffering from some kind of disease: Diabetes Sweating is one of the symptoms of diabetes. It occurs when the patient has autonomic neuropathy as a complication. This is due to increased secretion of sweat glands as a result of plant nerve dysfunction caused by impaired glucose metabolism. High blood glucose leads to increased metabolic rate is also a cause of excessive sweating. Pheochromocytoma A common symptom in patients with pheochromocytoma is paroxysmal profuse sweating. In paroxysmal attacks, the patient’s face is flushed or turns white, and he or she also experiences panic attacks, hand tremors, chills in the extremities, increased blood pressure, and headaches. Menopausal syndrome Women entering menopause with gradually declining ovarian function may experience varying degrees of phytoconstriction and dysfunction of the mozzie tubes, resulting in hot flashes and excessive sweating. Hyperthyroidism is caused by increased metabolic rate and increased peripheral blood flow, which promotes heat dissipation. Rickets Low blood calcium increases sympathetic excitability, which leads to increased secretion of sweat glands. The child is also irritable, easily frightened, and has thinning hair. It is clear that excessive sweating should not be taken lightly and should be treated promptly. The sweating of the palms is also a disease. When you are emotionally stressed or when the temperature rises, even for no apparent reason, some people sweat a lot on the palms of their hands, a disease called hand sweating. According to the recently published Chinese Medical Journal (CMJ), the incidence of hand sweating among adolescents in China is more common between the ages of 6 and 16, with an incidence of about 4.36%. Professor Li Xu of the Department of Thoracic Surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University conducted a survey of 33,000 college, university and high school students in Fuzhou, Xiamen and Quanzhou and found that the incidence of hand sweating among adolescents was much higher than originally expected, with a prevalence of 0.27% for severe hand sweating and a family history in 17.9% of patients. The most cases of hand sweating among our adolescents are in the coastal areas of the south of the Yangtze River, such as Fujian, Guangdong and Zhejiang, with Taiwan, China, being the area with the highest incidence of hand sweating. Li Xu said that hand sweating includes the palms, armpits and soles of the feet, the main manifestation is sweaty palms, sometimes accompanied by sweaty soles and armpits, mildly moist palms, severe palms can secrete beads of sweat visible to the naked eye, and even dripping. Patients with hand sweating disorder often develop sweating symptoms since childhood or adolescence; due to sweaty hands interfere with manual operations and activities, patients therefore avoid shaking hands with others, affecting interpersonal communication, and also prone to anxiety. The survey shows that 50% of patients have low self-confidence and 38% have frustration. Li Xu said that the pathogenesis of hand sweating is still unclear. Most scholars believe that hand sweating is a complex autonomic disorder, and the theory speculates that the pathogenesis of hand sweating lies in thoracic sympathetic hyperactivity. Therefore, thoracic sympathectomy is the main method of treatment for hand sweating.
