In the case of fundus haemorrhage, patients usually experience varying degrees of loss of vision.
It may manifest as a sudden blackness in front of the eyes, with only manual or light perception.
or suddenly having a round black shadow obscuring the eye.
or a sudden line like black shadow in the eye shooting straight in one direction, eventually obscuring the eye and causing blurred vision.
or a sudden flash of red light in front of the eyes which gradually increases and eventually fills the eyes with red light, making it difficult to see objects.
