Arolol Hydrochloride Tablets Actions

Clinically there is no Alolol Hydrochloride Tablets drug, it may be Arolol Hydrochloride, the action of simultaneous blockade of α-receptors and β-receptors, to produce blood pressure, anti-angina, anti-arrhythmia, anti-tremor effects. 1. Lowering blood pressure: it can inhibit the activity of β-receptors, thus reducing the excitability of sympathetic nerves, vasodilatation, resulting in lowering blood pressure, and does not cause an increase in peripheral vascular resistance. 2. Anti-angina: by blocking β-receptor, inhibit cardiac hyperfunction, reduce myocardial oxygen consumption, alleviate the uneven state of myocardial oxygen supply and demand, and also block α-receptor to reduce coronary artery blood flow resistance. 3. Antiarrhythmic: It can inhibit and block the activity of β-receptor, slow down the electrical conduction of the heart, and reduce the autonomic rhythm of cardiomyocytes, thus producing antiarrhythmic effect. 4. Anti-fibrillation: it can selectively inhibit the β2 receptor of skeletal muscle and produce anti-fibrillation effect. Long-term oral administration of Arolol Hydrochloride Tablets may have the risk of bradycardia, heart failure, hypotension, bronchospasm, and masking the symptoms of hypoglycemia, so it is recommended to use the medication reasonably under the guidance of a doctor.
