Clinically, restoration is recommended as early as possible after the extraction of all large teeth, except for wisdom teeth, where restoration is not necessary. If not restored, it will cause a series of problems, for the teeth on both sides of the extracted tooth, the teeth on both sides will be tilted towards the gap side causing an unevenness of the whole tooth alignment. Also, when a tooth is missing, often the patient will no longer chew with the gap side, and over time, it will form a lateral chewing, affecting the facial appearance and facial muscles, and may even affect the bilateral temporomandibular joint, so it is recommended to repair the missing teeth as soon as possible.
