Nevus, also called pigmented nevus, or nevus cell nevus, is a benign swelling on the skin, and almost everyone has more or less the same number of moles, only some are good to occur on the face and some are good to occur on the trunk. More and more small nevi on the face is also a relatively normal phenomenon, and its occurrence is often considered to be more outdoor during the onset, such as long-term exposure to the sun, or staying up late. In addition, there is also a tendency of family inheritance. In clinical practice, we find that individuals with more moles on their faces have more small nevi on their parents’ faces. Of course, some of them are physiological and there is no particular reason. In general, small moles on the face do not affect health and usually do not need to be treated.
