Circumcision with or without anesthesia

Circumcision requires anesthesia. Circumcision is clinical circumcision, which is mainly used for patients with recurrent infections of the foreskin or circumcision that require circumcision. The vast majority of children over the age of about ten, as well as adults, can be operated under local anesthesia, with two injections of anesthetic at the root of the penis for the procedure. For patients who cannot cooperate with local anesthesia, intravenous anesthesia, which is an intravenous injection of anesthetic, is required, similar to general anesthesia. Since circumcision is now done with a disposable anastomosis, some also try to use surface anesthesia of the foreskin, but the results are not very good.
