Early Signs of Hepatic Ascites

Early signs of hepatic ascites include an enlarged stomach, abdominal pain, bloating and other uncomfortable symptoms. Hepatic ascites, also known as hepatic ascites or cirrhotic ascites, is a clinical condition in which fluid accumulates in the abdominal cavity as a result of hepatogenic diseases. It is mainly caused by the decrease of plasma osmotic pressure and the increase of portal vein pressure, which leads to the accumulation of large amount of fluid in the abdominal cavity, and the patient will have the uncomfortable symptoms such as stomach enlargement, abdominal pain, abdominal distension and so on in the early stage. Hepatic ascites is a pathological manifestation, usually caused by liver failure, cirrhosis, hepatic vascular disease, autoimmune liver disease, liver tumors and other liver-derived diseases. When early symptoms of hepatic ascites appear, it is recommended to go to the hospital for examination in time, identify the cause of the disease and standardize the treatment.
