Lung cancer in general is divided into two categories, one is small cell lung cancer and the other is non-small cell lung cancer. Among them, small cell lung cancer accounts for about 15%-20% of the overall proportion. Small cell lung cancer is highly malignant, prone to metastasis and recurrence, but it is relatively sensitive to radiotherapy and chemotherapy. For treatment, generally small cell lung cancer is treated with 6 cycles of chemotherapy. If the efficacy evaluation is effective, the original regimen will be continued, but if it is poor, the second-line regimen may have to be changed. If small cell lung cancer is in the limited stage, radiotherapy should be added after 1-2 courses of chemotherapy.
