How are mixed hemorrhoids staged?

The staging of mixed hemorrhoids is generally based on the prolapse of internal hemorrhoids and speaks of the gradation of internal hemorrhoids, not the staging of mixed hemorrhoids. According to the prolapse of internal hemorrhoids, it can be divided into four degrees: degree I is dominated by bleeding internal hemorrhoids without accompanying prolapse of internal hemorrhoids. In cases like this, there are no hemorrhoids externally, but the congestion and hypertrophy of the hemorrhoids can be seen under the anoscope. In Grade II, the internal hemorrhoid comes out of the body with the feces during defecation, and after defecation, the internal hemorrhoid will return to the body on its own. Grade III is when the internal hemorrhoid comes out of the body with the increase of abdominal pressure during defecation, and after defecation, it can be returned to the body by hand. Degree IV is when the hemorrhoid comes out of the body after defecation and cannot be returned to the body by hand, like this case it stays outside and it cannot be returned.
