What to eat if you have a deficiency of qi and blood



If you are deficient in qi and blood, you can take medicines that can replenish qi and nourish blood, such as Ah Gui Nourishing Blood Granules, Ba Zhen Yi Mou Pills, Wu Ji Bai Feng Pills, and so on.

Ah Gui Nourishing Blood Granules: has the effect of nourishing qi and blood. It is used to treat yellowish color (yellowish and lusterless), dizziness and fatigue caused by deficiency of qi and blood, as well as scanty and pale menstruation. The adverse effects of this product are not clear, and should not be taken by people with external fever.

Bazhen Yimu Pill: It has the effect of benefiting qi and nourishing blood (replenishing the body’s qi and blood), and regulating menstruation (regulating menstruation by activating blood). It is used for menstrual disorders caused by deficiency of qi and blood combined with blood stasis, which is characterized by staggered menstrual cycles, scanty menstrual flow, mental weakness and weakness of limbs. The contraindications and adverse reactions of this product are not clear.

Wu Ji Bai Feng Wan: It is effective in tonifying Qi and nourishing blood, regulating menstruation and stopping leucorrhea (regulating menstruation and reducing abnormally increased leucorrhea). It is used for body thinness caused by deficiency of qi and blood, lumbar and knee soreness and weakness (the feeling of soreness and weakness of waist and knee), menstrual irregularities, and leucorrhoea. Adverse effects and contraindications of this product are not known.
