Itching at the fracture is not necessarily a good thing. Itching at the fracture is mostly seen in two situations, as follows: First, when the fracture is in the healing stage, the local soft tissue itself causes local itching sensation, which is mild and tolerable and does not require special treatment. Second, it may be due to the use of plaster braking when the fracture, because the plaster is more stuffy, the local skin sweating, causing the local microenvironment moisture, which can easily cause skin eczema, can be manifested as skin itching, and at the same time in the itching area can appear flaky red rash. In this case, the plaster must be changed diligently, while going to the dermatologist and using anti-inflammatory drugs such as dexamethasone ointment to relieve the rash.
