How to determine if you need a dental cleaning

  With the full spread of oral safety knowledge nowadays, the act of scaling is becoming more and more familiar to more and more people. Because calculus and plaque are one of the important culprits of periodontal disease, periodontal disease is difficult to self-detect in the early stages of dental disease because of its special presentation. Therefore, scaling has become a good way to prevent periodontal disease. However, too frequent scaling can cause a lot of damage to the teeth.  The main purpose of scaling is to prevent dental disease, not simply to whiten teeth look good; scientific and reasonable scaling can effectively prevent periodontitis, gum swelling, gum bleeding and other oral symptoms, and can remove exogenous tooth yellowing, such as tobacco stains, tea stains, etc.; whitening, prevention of both.  So how to determine whether you should clean your teeth?  1, whether there is tartar: open your mouth to observe whether there is food stuffed in the teeth, whether there is yellow tartar on the teeth.  2.Whether there is tooth decay: look at the teeth, whether there is tooth decay, black spot, calculus and pigmentation of color.  3.Whether there are mouth ulcers: check the mouth, whether there are ulcers, odor or inexplicable swelling.  4.Whether the teeth are loose: tap the upper and lower teeth, or use the toothbrush to help observe whether the teeth are stable and whether there is any loose phenomenon.  5, whether the teeth are allergic: when brushing teeth with cold water or eating hot, cold, sour, sweet and other stimulating food, there is no acidity, pain, softness, or bleeding phenomenon. Swallow a mouthful of saliva, wait 30 seconds, feel whether there is sufficient saliva secretion in the mouth, there is no dry feeling.  Tips: Prevention is more important than treatment, hurry up and give your teeth a bath!
