Having had semi-femtosecond laser surgery two years ago, the patient has recently experienced blurred vision, which may be caused by myopia regression, dry eye, etc. The patient may be able to improve his/her vision by treatment with glasses to correct his/her myopia, medication, or surgery to correct his/her myopia. Patients who have had semi-femtosecond laser surgery two years ago and have recently experienced blurred vision may be caused by myopia regression, i.e., the patient is myopic again, and the patient can improve their vision by correcting the myopia through a second surgery or by wearing eyeglasses. Dry eye is also a common cause of mild vision loss. The chances of dry eye after semi-femtosecond laser surgery are higher than that of non-surgical patients, and patients can use artificial tear drops, such as sodium vitreous acid drops, as prescribed by the doctor. It is recommended that patients after semi-femtosecond laser surgery follow the doctor’s instructions for care, regular review, and timely consultation after discomfort occurs.
