Liver nodular hyperplasia must be observed dynamically, combined with other auxiliary tests to clarify the nature of the nodule, and if it is malignant, early surgery is needed. Liver nodular hyperplasia may be benign disease or occupying malignant tumor. Therefore, when nodular hyperplasia is found in the liver, it is necessary to pay attention to it and improve the examination of liver function, abdominal CT, alpha-fetoprotein and so on. Especially in people with a past history of chronic hepatitis, liver nodular hyperplasia must be excluded from malignant tumors, so as not to miss the diagnosis. For larger nodules, ultrasound-guided puncture pathology biopsy can also be performed to clarify the nature of the nodule if necessary. When malignant nodules are highly suspected and the nodules are located at the edge of the liver or in areas where surgical resection is possible, surgical resection is required as soon as possible.
