With novel coronavirus infection, a body temperature between 37.0 and 38°C is more common and presents with symptoms of low-grade fever. However, not all patients with novel coronavirus present with fever. Some patients with novel coronavirus infection pneumonia with normal body temperature may present with dry cough, malaise and symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection, while others may present with symptoms of digestive system and neurological symptoms. Based on epidemiological history, combined with clinical symptoms and temperature, common analysis and diagnosis, if necessary, need to improve the blood routine, chest X-ray, chest CT and nucleic acid and other related tests for common clarification. In conclusion, the novel coronavirus cannot be diagnosed by temperature alone, but also by other related manifestations and various test results.
