In 1982, Australian scholars Warren and Marshall first successfully cultured H. pylori from the mucosa of patients with active chronic gastritis and demonstrated that infection of the stomach by this bacterium causes gastritis, gastric ulcers, and duodenal ulcers. This result broke the prevailing medical dogma and attracted the attention and research of basic scientists and clinical workers worldwide. Later, numerous studies confirmed that H. pylori is one of the highest human infections, with infection rates as high as 60% in our population, 50% in urban areas and 68% in rural areas. H. pylori is the culprit of peptic ulcer and active gastritis, as well as a class of gastric cancer-causing factors. timely diagnosis and eradication of H. pylori is a prerequisite for curing gastric disease and may be related to the development of some extragastric diseases. on October 3, 2005, the Nobel Prize jury announced that Warren and Marshall won the 2005 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine, and since then, the The technical term “Helicobacter pylori (Hp)” has become a familiar term to the general public. Although the eradication rate of some internationally recommended Hp eradication protocols can reach 90% or more, however, with the increase of Hp antibiotic resistance, poor patient compliance and many other reasons, there are still some Hp-infected patients who have not been effectively eradicated, and the failure rate of Hp eradication is gradually increasing in recent years, leading to the failure of Hp eradication treatment. Therefore, it is urgent and important to study the rational eradication of Hp and its prevention and control countermeasures. There are numerous drugs and protocols for the treatment of H. pylori infection, but the correct selection and rational formulation is the key to the eradication treatment of H. pylori, which should be chosen flexibly according to the condition, drug source, cost, side effects and other factors. We have published more than 10 papers in Chinese gastroenterology journals and other related journals, and in addition to our work, we have edited the book “Helicobacter pylori Infection”, which was completed in October 2004, approved by the State Intellectual Property Press in March 2005, and published in August 2005. In June 2006, he won the second prize of Tai’an City Science and Technology Progress Award, and “Helicobacter pylori Infection” won the 2009 Shandong Medical Science and Technology Award for the promotion and application of results. In March 2010, we gave a special lecture in “Chinese Community Physicians” under the supervision of the Ministry of Health. After gaining experience in the combination of Chinese and Western medicine, we have promoted it to many areas in China, from tertiary hospitals to rural doctors, patients and their families, and the overall academic level and academic value indexes have reached the advanced level in China, which is of great significance in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of H. pylori infection. We promote the application of 5 years, curing a large number of gastric disease, and significantly reduce the recurrence of gastric disease, and achieve more obvious social benefits or economic benefits. It is of long-term significance to popularize medical science knowledge and prevent and treat H. pylori infection-related diseases such as gastric cancer. In addition, there is a common phenomenon in China, especially in primary hospitals, that the eradication efficacy criteria are not properly mastered and produce false-negative or false-positive results, which can easily lead to misjudgment of eradication results in clinical practice. It is important to popularize and update the knowledge of Hp treatment among strong primary care physicians and to rationalize the use of drugs.
