Exercises you can do during the month

Women can do aerobic exercise, such as walking and aerobics, during the menstrual period (i.e. puerperium); blind exercise is not recommended if they suffer from underlying diseases. Women in the puerperium, if there are no obvious discomfort symptoms, can carry out appropriate exercise, mainly aerobic exercise, such as walking, aerobics, stationary bicycle; it is recommended to start from low-intensity exercise, slowly and gradually increase the intensity of exercise. If there are some diseases, such as serious heart disease, severe hypertension, diabetes, etc., it is not recommended to do exercise blindly. It is recommended that women in the puerperium should take into account their own specific conditions and avoid moderate-intensity exercise, but the necessary daily activities should still be carried out, and should not be completely bedridden. Exercise during the puerperium is recommended under the guidance of a doctor.
