If the patient does not pay attention to diet after stopping the drug, consume a lot of indigestible or cold and spicy food, will also stimulate the increase in gastric acid secretion, resulting in acid reflux and heartburn; if the patient himself suffers from chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, reflux esophagitis and other basic diseases of the stomach, the patient will also feel the symptoms of acid reflux and heartburn after stopping the drug for a month. This is not necessarily a case of unsuccessful sterilization at this point. If the patient still feels acid reflux and heartburn one month after stopping the drug, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time, and the effect of sterilization can be judged by carbon 13 or carbon 14 breath test, and the cause of the disease can be identified actively and targeted treatment can be carried out.
