What to do about resting pain in the lower back

Resting pain in the lumbar region, i.e. pain at rest, is generally considered acute injury, chronic strain, lumbar disc herniation, etc. General treatment, physical therapy, medication, surgery, etc. can be given.
For lumbar muscle injury or mild compression fracture of lumbar vertebrae caused by acute injury, bed rest, oral painkillers (celecoxib) and anti-swelling medication (diosmin tablets) are recommended, along with external fixation with lumbar support. If the fracture is severely comminuted, surgical treatment is feasible. After surgery, continue to provide painkillers and drugs to reduce swelling, and at the same time, external immobilization of the brace, and the application of antibiotics (cefazolin) to prevent infection.
If the pain is caused by chronic strain injury, it is recommended to strengthen the lumbar back muscle exercise (swallow fly, five-point support method), and take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory pain medication (diclofenac sodium) orally.
Lumbar pain caused by lumbar disc herniation, early absolute bed rest for at least half a month, oral pain medication and swelling drugs, while wearing a lumbar support. When the pain is significantly reduced, local massage, physical therapy (microwave), while strengthening the lumbar back muscle exercise. If the pain symptoms are not relieved, and the lower limbs throbbing, continue to aggravate, surgery is recommended.
Lower back pain is recommended to actively seek medical advice and treatment under the guidance of a physician.
