Cervical cancer vaccine, also known as HPV vaccine, is an inactivated vaccine that prevents the occurrence of cervical cancer. Most cervical cancers are caused by infection with human papilloma virus. Vaccination against cervical cancer can effectively prevent the occurrence of cervical cancer by preventing HPV virus infection. Currently, there are three types of cervical cancer vaccines in China, and the specific vaccination ages are as follows: 1. Bivalent vaccine: it can prevent HPV type 16 and 18 viruses, and the vaccination age for women is 9-45 years old, and can prevent 70% of cervical cancer after vaccination; 2. Quadrivalent vaccine: it can prevent not only HPV type 16 and 18 viruses, but also HPV type 6 and 11 viruses. The vaccination age for women is 20-45 years old, and it can prevent 70% of cervical cancer and 90% of genital warts after vaccination; 3. 9-valent vaccine: It is a highly effective vaccine with a wide range of prevention, including HPV type 6, 11, 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 52 and 58 viruses. The vaccination age for women is 9-26 years old, and it can prevent 90% of cervical cancer and 90% of genital warts after vaccination.
