The most common reason for nose bleeding all the time is because of digging the nose, or dealing with nasal hair resulting in mucosal erosion and bleeding in the nasal vestibular area. The treatment is usually not to dig the nose again, while the surface can be coated with erythromycin or Bactrim ointment to protect the wound, and if there is much bleeding, laser or microwave treatment can be considered. Another common cause is nasal bleeding caused by high blood pressure, which should be treated with antihypertensive treatment, as well as the feasible filling of the anterior and posterior nostrils. After that, there are some other causes, such as nasal tumors, deviated septum, dry rhinitis, which should be treated symptomatically. There may also be hematologic diseases, which are also controlled by nostril stuffing, and if more serious, interventional treatment can be performed.
