What to do if your blood sugar is high

  When blood glucose is high, it is important to pay attention to the assessment to clarify the specific level of elevated blood glucose and further determine whether it is a physiological or pathological elevation and make an accurate diagnosis as much as possible. Effective aerobic exercise should be performed, generally recommended at least 5 days a week, for not less than 30 minutes each time, with slight sweating. If medication is carried out, attention should also be paid to blood sugar monitoring to prevent hypoglycemia.  There are many sugar-lowering health food products on TV and various advertisements, so pay attention to the distinction, even if they are regular products, they are not with direct sugar-lowering effect, but only lower calories, and cannot replace the sugar-lowering measures mentioned above.  So don’t panic when there is high blood sugar, first find the cause of elevated blood sugar, and then choose the right method to lift high blood sugar with the right attitude.
