The fastest way to relieve back pain

There is no clinical method for the fastest relief of back pain. Back pain may be caused by physiologic and pathologic factors (e.g., soft tissue inflammation, thoracic disc herniation). Usually, general treatment, medication, surgery and other methods can be used for relief. 1. Physiological factors: Incorrect posture, abnormal exertion, and long hours of desk work can cause back injury and back pain. This is a normal physiological phenomenon and does not require special treatment. You only need to develop a good sitting posture, avoid long hours of work and pay more attention to rest to relieve the symptoms of back pain. 2. Pathological factors (1) Soft tissue inflammation: fatigue inflammation of the ligaments and soft tissues of the back, causing back pain. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as diclofenac sodium can be used to relieve the symptoms of back pain. (2) Thoracic disc herniation: If the patient has thoracic disc herniation, it will compress and stimulate the surrounding nerve roots, which will lead to back pain and discomfort. Conservative treatments such as hot compresses and physiotherapy can be used, and ineffective conservative treatments can be treated with surgery. Commonly used surgical methods are trans-thoracic discectomy, etc., which removes the protruding discs and eliminates the pressure on the nerves, thus improving the back pain caused by the nerve compression. If the patient’s back pain, exclude physiological factors, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time to identify the cause of targeted treatment.
