Child circumcision surgery is more appropriate after the age of 13. Phimosis refers to the narrow opening of the foreskin or the adhesion of the inner plate of the foreskin to the head of the penis, resulting in the foreskin not being able to be turned up and the head of the penis not being able to be exposed. The circumcision in early childhood is usually physiological, most of the physiological circumcision can be self-healing with age and growth and development, so when the patient is still narrow after the age of 13~14 years old circumcision and other surgical treatments are needed. Surgical treatment for phimosis mainly includes circumcision and phimosis, in addition to surgical treatment, steroid ointment (e.g. mometasone ointment) can also be used for localized application. It is recommended that the head of the penis and the circumcision cavity should be washed frequently in daily life, to keep the penis locally clean and dry, to avoid further progression of the condition, and to go to the hospital for treatment if necessary.
