For inflammation caused by infection, antibiotics (benzoxiline sodium) are given, and if abscesses are formed, drainage is required and debridement is necessary.
4. Tumor: proliferative mass in the lateral thigh muscle, such as lipoma, leiomyosarcoma, sarcoma, or enlarged bone tumor, which needs to be treated with surgical excision.
