What is wrong with children with gray hair?

  Modern medicine classifies cases of gray hair turning white in whole or in part as congenital or acquired. Modern research has found that more intake of iron and copper can help reduce gray hair; lack of vitamin B1, B2, B6 is also an important cause of less gray hair, so it is recommended to increase the intake of B vitamins; the basis of melanin formation is tyrosine, pay attention to more intake of tyrosine-rich food. All these can help reduce gray hair.
