Cephalosporin or rosacea for sinusitis

The clinical manifestations of sinusitis are a large amount of yellow nasal discharge, nasal congestion, and decreased sense of smell, etc. It is divided into acute sinusitis and chronic sinusitis. The duration of chronic sinusitis is more than 3 months. Acute sinusitis is mainly cephalosporin, and if the symptoms are severe, cephalosporin can be ordered quietly. In case of cephalosporin allergy, alternative treatment with roxithromycin and azithromycin is available, which also needs to be combined with nasal spray hormones and oral pro-discharge medications. Chronic sinusitis is recommended to be treated with macrolide antibiotics such as clarithromycin and azithromycin in half dose for 3 months, together with nasal irrigation, nasal spray hormone and detoxification promoting drugs. If there is no relief of symptoms, surgical treatment is required. If it is an acute attack of chronic sinusitis, it can be treated with the same treatment as acute sinusitis, applying mainly cephalosporins.
