There may be after-effects such as wound pain, adrenal hypofunction and post-operative bleeding after having adrenal nodule surgery. The main ones are: 1. When adrenal nodules have malignant changes or are more harmful to the body, surgery is needed, and the incision left during surgery may be painful when the weather changes. 2. Patients may have hypotension after removal of adrenal nodules, because the patient’s adrenal glands previously secreted too much hormone, and when the diseased nodules are removed the patient will have hypotension, so before the patient’s adrenal hormone secretion is too high, there may be obesity, purple skin lines, etc. When the hormones suddenly drop after removal of adrenal nodules, patients will experience weakness and hypotension. If both adrenal nodules are removed, they will have to take hormone replacement for life.3. Patients may also bleed and cause infection after surgery.
