Is non-invasive treatment of uterine fibroids effective?

Uterine fibroids are a common disease among women, with a prevalence rate of 40%. According to relevant statistics, there are 330 million women suffering from uterine fibroids worldwide, 65 million patients suffer from uterine fibroids in China, and 1.5 million people have their uterus removed due to fibroids; there are 1.6 million patients with uterine fibroids in Chongqing alone, and it is expected that 230,000 people will have their uterus removed due to fibroids in the next five years. The uterus is the source of women’s health and vitality, and the patron saint of female charisma. The call to protect the integrity of the organ, not to cut the uterus indiscriminately, and to seek a way to treat the disease with less damage to the organism is an important manifestation of concern for people’s livelihood, promoting the health of all people, reducing the conflict between doctors and patients, and building a harmonious development of society. As the representative of non-invasive treatment technology now — ultrasound ablation technology has been successfully applied in clinical practice, showing unique clinical effectiveness and specificity in the non-invasive treatment of malignant solid tumors such as bone tumors, liver cancer, breast cancer, pancreatic cancer and benign tumors such as uterine fibroids and adenomyosis without incision and organ protection has been abundantly confirmed, and its clinical optimization program has been continuously improved. Since 2008, nearly 100 medical institutions in more than 10 countries around the world have introduced our original and innovative ultrasound ablation non-invasive medical equipment and carried out clinical research on multi-center ultrasound ablation for uterine fibroids and adenomyosis, which has gradually gained the recognition of doctors and patients at home and abroad. The European Institute of Oncology is a world-renowned breast treatment center, which aims to realize the non-invasive treatment model and brings together the world’s top high-tech treatment technologies, integrating a variety of cancer treatment services. 2007, the center introduced our original innovation of HEFI ultrasound focus knife for the treatment of benign and malignant tumors. In addition, HMT Hospital, one of the most prestigious general hospitals in Spain, introduced the HEFI Focused Ultrasound Knife in 2008, mainly for the treatment of uterine fibroids. The hospital has treated more than 250 patients, including 10 women with fibroids and adenomyosis who had been infertile for many years and had successfully conceived after receiving ultrasound treatment. With the maturity of ultrasound ablation technology, the treatment of fibroids has entered the non-invasive era. This has not only brought harm to hundreds of millions of fibroids patients worldwide, but more importantly, it has made the uterus, the source of life and the most soulful organ of human beings, re-recognized by people again. This is now a sign of the era of medical civilization and is of epoch-making importance.
